On April 5, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Carroll County Zoning Administration will hold a public hearing in Room 003 of the Carroll County Office building, located at 225 North Center Street, Westminster, MD for the following case:

ZA-2085- An Administrative Adjustment Request for the reduction of a front yard setback from 40’ to 8’ for a 1-story structure at 1995 Conan Doyle Way, Eldersburg, MD 21784 by Robert Snyder, according to the Carroll County Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances, 158.075.02(A)(14), 158.075.03(B)(1) and 158.130.

The applicant or the applicant’s attorney must attend the hearing to present the case in detail to the Zoning Administrator. Anyone else may attend the hearing or be represented by an attorney. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THIS MATTER, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND THE HEARING.
