On Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at the times noted below, or as soon thereafter as possible, the Carroll County Zoning Administration will hold virtual public hearing for the following cases:
2:00 p.m. ~ Case ZA-1979 for a Beauty Parlor
as an accessory use at 5816 Miriam Drive, Eldersburg,
MD 21784 by Maria Ellis, according to the
Carroll County Code of Public Local Laws and
Ordinances, Chapters 158.073(E)(12) and 158.130.
2:15 p.m. Case ZA-1980 for a Private Kennel
by Robert McKnight at 5012 Grave Run Road,
Manchester, MD 21102 according to the
Carroll County Code of Public Local Law and
Ordinances, Chapters 158.036 and 158.130.
2:30 p.m. ~ Case ZA-1981 for a reduction of a side
yard setback from 50’ to 12’ for detached garage
at 2844 Hadel Drive, Marriottsville, MD 21104
by Doug Hartman, according to the Carroll
County Code of Public Local Laws and
Ordinances, Chapters 158.071(E) (G) and 158.130.
2:45 p.m. ~ Case ZA-1982 for a variance for a
side yard setback from 20’ to 13’ for a garage by
Andrew Yutzy located at 125 S. Clear Ridge Road,
New Windsor, MD 21776 according to the Carroll
County Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances,
Chapters 158.070(F) (H) and 158.130
Due to COVID 19 restrictions currently in place within Carroll County Government, all public meetings and hearings are being held virtually via computer technology with a telephone link option.
The applicant or the applicant’s attorney must attend the virtual hearing to present the case in detail to the Zoning Administrator.
