July is Recreation and Parks Month!
Join us outside this July for tie-dye in the park! We will be welcoming registrants at Deer Park pavilion in Westminster on Friday, July 23 at 10:30am or Leister Park pavilion in Hampstead on Friday, July 30 at 10:30am.
The t-shirts are in celebration of 50 years of Carroll County Recreation & Parks. Come out to tie-dye, make a masterpiece out of chalk, and adventure onto the playground.
Make an afternoon out of it and bring a picnic lunch. We can't wait to see you!
Cost: $10 per participant
