The County Commissioners of Carroll County will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 19, 2019, al 10:00 a.m., in Room 311 of the County Office Building, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland, 21157, to hear public comments on a proposed amendment to Chapter 32, Procurement, of the Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances of Carroll County which would allow the Carroll County Health Department to use the County government's procurement system for all service contracts.
The Commissioners may make amendments to the proposed legislation based upon the comments received at the hearing and may do so without further hearing. Therefore, it is important for interested persons to be present.

The proposed amendment will also be available on the County website {https://carrollcountymd.gov). Written comments may be addressed to the County Cleric 225 North Center Street, Room 300, Westminster, Maryland, 21157 (countvclerkiiiicarrollcountvmd.gov) and will be considered if received prior to the close of the hearing.
