Before submitting the request please be aware of the following.
Carroll County Government does not maintain records for the following:
- Underground storage tanks
- Groundwater contamination
- Lead-based paint issues
- Asbestos removal
- Environmental health code issues
- Well data and water supply issues
- Septic system records
- Wastewater discharge permits
