The site is located at Crouse Mill Road (at Rt. 140), Taneytown, Maryland on property zoned “A” Agricultural District in Election District 1. By: Evapco, Inc. (at Stuller Road, Westminster, Maryland on property zoned “A” Agricultural District in Election District 7. By: McDaniel College, Inc. The site is located at 2236 Gillis Road, Woodbine, Maryland on property zoned “A” Agricultural District in Election District 9. By: Michael Moran.
