Westminster, MD, Thursday, November 17, 2022 – Carroll County Government offices will be closed on Thursday, November 24^th and Friday, November 25^th for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Carroll County Board of Commissioners will hold Open Session on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 9:00 am during this holiday week. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, November 28, 2022, at 8:00 AM.
