Westminster, MD, Wednesday, August 25, 2021 – The Carroll County Board of Commissioners open session tomorrow, Thursday, August 26, 2021, will be held in a completely virtual environment. All commissioners, staff and presenters will appear virtually.   

Anyone interested in the session can watch it on the county’s meeting portal or YouTube channel.
