Westminster, MD, Tuesday, May 25, 2021 – Carroll County Government offices are closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 31, 2021. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Please see yesterday’s news release regarding county building access and instructions.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will also close for the holiday and reopen on Tuesday with normal hours.
