Westminster, MD, Tuesday, November 21, 2022 - The 62^nd Carroll County Board of Commissioners will be sworn into office on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.  The ceremony will take place at the County Office Building, 225 N. Center Street, Reagan Room (003) in Westminster. The public is welcome to attend.

The following will be sworn in as the 62^nd Carroll County Board of Commissioners:

Tom Gordon III  (District 3) – 1^st term
Michael R. Guerin  (District 4) – 1^st term
Kenneth A. Kiler  (District 2) – 1^st term
Edward C. Rothstein, COL, Ret.  (District 5) – 2^nd term
Joseph A. Vigliotti  (District 1) – 1^st term

The first open session of the new board will be Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 9:00 am.

The ceremony will be available for viewing on the county meeting portal and YouTube channel. In addition, it will be replayed on Comcast Channel 24.
