Westminster, MD, Monday, December 5, 2022 – Today, the 62^nd Carroll County Board of Commissioners was sworn into office during a swearing-in ceremony at the County Office Building.  The new board officially starts the four-year term today.

The new Carroll County Board of Commissioners includes:
Tom Gordon III  (District 3) – 1^st term
Michael R. Guerin  (District 4) – 1^st term
Kenneth A. Kiler  (District 2) – 1^st term
Edward C. Rothstein, COL, Ret.  (District 5) – 2^nd term
Joseph A. Vigliotti  (District 1) – 1^st term

The first open session of the new board will be Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 9:00 am.

The ceremony is available for viewing on the county meeting portal and YouTube channel. In addition, it will be replayed on Comcast Channel 24.
