Westminster, MD, Monday, January 25, 2021 – Due to the impending inclement weather, Carroll County Government offices will open at 10:00 AM tomorrow, Tuesday, January 26, 2021.

The Resource Recovery Park (Northern Landfill) will also open at 10:00 AM. The Carroll Transit System and Trailblazer will also begin services at 10:00 AM.
