Westminster, MD, Tuesday, January 11, 2022 –Carroll County Government offices will be closed on Monday, January 17, 2022 in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. The county will resume business hours on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will be open Monday, January 17th, with normal hours.
