Function – To preserve, promote and educate folks regarding the county’s cultural and historic resources.  To advise the Farm Museum Administrator on various aspects of running the museum, recommend fees, assist in the creation of the budget, to encourage and solicit donations, and submit to the BCC reports or recommendations regarding the museum.

Qualifications – 1 member of the BCC shall be an ex-officio member of the Board of Governors, 1 from private organizations and 2 from public offices (federal, state or local) concerned with historical, cultural, conservation and agricultural areas.  3 from private citizens recognized for their interest in promoting rural culture and history of CC.

The Farm Museum Advisory Board meetings start at 9:30 AM on varied days of the week once a month.
