Senior Farmers Market Voucher Debit Cards

The Carroll County Division of Aging and Disabilities announces changes to this year’s Senior Farmers Market Program
Pre-Paid Debit Voucher Cards will be available beginning June 1, 2026 by online application ONLY!
Please apply online from your home computer, tablet, or smartphone. Tickets are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. There is only one Voucher Card per household/address. For those that do not have the technology available to apply online, paper applications will be available at your senior center beginning May 26. The sooner they are completed and returned, the sooner the staff will process your application; this option may lower your chance of receiving the benefit. ALL participants will receive a NEW Debit Card this year, to be delivered to the senior center of your choice. Senior center staff will notify participants once cards are ready for pick-up.

Eligibility Requirements: In order to receive Farmers Market Pre-Paid Debit Voucher Cards, you must reside in Carroll County, be age 60 years or over, and meet the following financial
qualification.
- Household Size 1
- Annual: $29,526
- Monthly: $2,461
- Twice Monthly: $1,231
- Bi-Weekly: $1,136
- Weekly: $568
- Household Size 2
- Annual: $40,034
- Monthly: $3,337
- Twice Monthly: $1,669
- Bi-Weekly: $1,540
- Weekly: $770
Qualified Seniors are eligible to receive 1 Pre-Paid Debit Card ($35.00 value)- Cards will be activated beginning June 1st. Please make sure to check your balances on the Healthy Together website.
By signing the application, you are legally certifying that you meet the requirements and have only received 1 Pre-Paid Debit Voucher Card per household/address..
