Short Term Disability (STD)

Short Term Disability (STD) coverage provides partial salary replacement (approximately 75%) to eligible employees who are unable to work due to a non-work-related accident/injury.  Benefits begin after a 7-day waiting period from the date determined as the date of disability and may continue up to twenty-six (26) weeks.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)

Full-time employees are also covered by a Long-Term Disability (LTD) policy.  This plan provides 60% of the first $12,500 of monthly pre-disability earnings after a waiting period of 180 days for those considered to be disabled because of physical disease, injury, pregnancy, or mental disorder.
