On April 8, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Board of License 
Commissioners will meet to discuss in open session any pending or new business in the Reagan Room 
(Rm. 003/004) of the Carroll County Office Building, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland 
21157.

10:00 a.m.  Hearings for first time event holders for one day liquor licenses or other business 
meeting matters.
10:30 a.m.  Case #6606, An application for a transfer to new ownership and licensee for a Class B – 
Beer, Wine and Liquor license from Eva Wu and Hang Fung, Inc, t/a Forbidden City, to Bob Wang for 
the use of Fortune City, LLC, t/a Fortune City, 250 Englar Road, Suite 12 & 13, Westminster, 
Maryland 21157, in Election District 2.
