9:30 a.m. Case #6589, Motion to Reconsider a previous BZA determination regarding a request for variances to build an accessory dwelling unit. The site is located at 64 Warfieldsburg Road, Westminster, Maryland on property zoned “A” Agricultural District in Election District 7. By: DRS Associates. 10:00 a.m. Case #6581, An appeal of a Zoning Administration determination. The site is located at 688 Poole Road, Westminster, Maryland on property zoned “R-10,000” Residential 10,000 District in Election District 7. By: Richard E. Robey. Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances, Section 158.133(D). A site visit is tentatively scheduled for October 15, 2025, at approximately 9:15 a.m.
11:00 a.m. Case #6560, A request for a conditional use for a contractor’s equipment storage yard with multiple variances. The site is located at 2331 Hampstead-Mexico Road, Westminster, Maryland on property zoned “A” Agricultural District in Election District 8. By: Jonathan Villanueva.
