On June 10, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Board of License Commissioners will meet to discuss in open session any pending or new business in the Reagan Room (Rm. 003/004) of the Carroll County Office Building, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157.

10:00 a.m.      Hearings for first time event holders for one day liquor licenses or other business meeting matters.

10:30 a.m.       Case #6616, A violation hearing for a Class A – Beer, Wine and Liquor license issued to Bhavesh Patel for the use of Oakland Mills Liquors, 2816 Liberty Road, Eldersburg, Maryland 21784 (Violation of Rule AB 6-304 – Selling or providing alcoholic beverage to an individual under the age of 21).
