On September 9, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Board of License Commissioners will meet to discuss in open session any pending or new business in the Reagan Room (Rm. 003/004) of the Carroll County Office Building, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157.
10:00 a.m. Hearings for first time event holders requesting one day liquor licenses and other business meeting matters.
10:30 a.m. Case No. 6628, a violation hearing for a Class B – Beer, Wine and Liquor license issued to Raymond Tignall and William Deavers for the use of Liquidity Aleworks, 8 North Main Street, Mt. Airy, Maryland– (Violation of AB 6-304, Selling or providing alcoholic beverage to individual under the age of 21).
11:00 a.m. Case No. 6638, a violation hearing for a Class D – Beer license issued to Jesse Johnson and Deepkumar Patel for the use of Brewery X, LLC, trading as Brewery Fire, 4337 Old Taneytown Road, Taneytown, Maryland 21787– (Violation of AB 6-304, selling or providing alcoholic beverage to individual under the age of 21).
