Westminster, MD, Monday, March 23, 2026 - The Carroll County Government Collections Office will open at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 30, 2026. The delayed opening is due to mandatory staff training related to a system software upgrade.

Please plan accordingly before coming to the Collections Office on Monday, March 30th.  Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, March 31st.
