Westminster, MD, Tuesday, May 27, 2025 — The Carroll County Local Management Board (LMB) is calling on residents to participate in a vital community needs assessment survey to help shape the future of services for children, youth, and families across the county.

The survey is part of LMB’s efforts to support the Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions, Governments, and Households (ENOUGH) Initiative, a statewide program focused on eliminating childhood poverty by strengthening local partnerships and enhancing support for areas of greatest need.

LMB is committed to identifying service gaps and prioritizing the community's needs. Your voice is essential in helping stakeholders understand local challenges and develop solutions that increase opportunities for every child and family in Carroll County.

The survey is anonymous and takes only a few minutes to complete. Your feedback will directly inform strategies to improve access to resources and create lasting change.
