Westminster, MD, Monday, March 30, 2026 – Carroll County Workforce Development announced today that it has implemented secured access protocols for its building at 224 N. Center Street in Westminster, effective immediately. This change is part of ongoing efforts to enhance safety, security, and overall operations for occupants and visitors. 

With the new system, visitors will ring a video doorbell at the entrance to the building, with staff monitoring the doors to give guests quick and efficient access. 

Additional details regarding access and visitor procedures were shared directly with customers, and clear signage is posted on building doors to guide customers through the new access procedures.
