Westminster, MD, Monday, June 30, 2025 – Carroll County Government offices will close at 3:00 pm on Thursday, July 3rd and remain closed through Friday, July 4, 2025, for Independence Day. The Northern Landfill / Recovery Park will have normal business hours on Thursday, July 3rd, and be closed on Friday, July 4th.
