Carroll County Resource and Recovery Park Northern Landfill holiday hours:

Wednesday, December 24^th             Facility closing at 12:30 PM
Thursday, December 25^th                  Facility closed
Friday, December 26^th                       Facility open normal hours
Thursday, January 1^st                        Facility closed

WeCare Denali, the residential yard waste depository in Woodbine, is closed on:

Thursday, December 25^th
Saturday, December 27^th - closed to residential customers

Offices resume normal scheduled hours on Friday, January 2nd, 2026. The Carroll County Board of Commissioners will hold an Open Session on Thursday, December 18, 2025, and reconvene on Thursday, January 8th, 2026. Please contact county departments directly for questions about a service or closure.
