Westminster, MD, Thursday, March 26, 2026 – Carroll County Government offices are closed Friday, April 3, 2026, in observance of Good Friday.  Regular hours will resume on Monday, April 6, 2026.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill, will be open normal hours on Good Friday, April 3rd.
