Westminster, MD Wednesday, March 18, 2026 - Carroll County Division of Aging & Disabilities’ Family Caregiver Support Program is hosting the 2026 Caregiver conference, “Called to Care” on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, from 9:00 am-2:00 pm at the Westminster Senior and Community Center located at 125 Stoner Avenue, Westminster.  The Family Caregiver Support Program is designed to assist caregivers who care for older family members and older relatives raising grandchildren under the age of 18, or parents with an adult child with a disability.

Topics include:

  • The Dangers of AI
  • Legal Planning for Your Special Needs Child
  • Self-Care Strategies for Caregivers 

The conference is open to grandparents or other relatives raising grandchildren, caregivers, parents, and community members interested in the presentation topics.  A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.  There is no cost to attend the conference, but you must register by Friday, March 27th.  Click here to register.
