Westminster, MD, Friday, May 23, 2025 –The Carroll County Board of Commissioners announces modified Friday business hours for county facilities beginning Friday, May 23^rd and continuing through Friday, August 29, 2025.  County office buildings will close at 3:00 p.m. on all Fridays during this time. The early close time affects Fridays only.

Normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, will resume on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
