Westminster, MD, Thursday, October 2, 2025 – On or about October 17, 2025, the Carroll County Department of Public Works will be closing Klees Mill Road between Home Dale Road and 610 Klees Mill for roadway reconstruction. This closure is expected to last 1 week, weather permitting. Detours will be posted on the route.
