Union Bridge, MD, Tuesday, May 12, 2026 – As part of Carroll County’s ongoing effort to maintain existing road structures, beginning on or about May 20, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm and extending approximately 7 business days, there will be a one lane road and associated flagging system for performing geotechnical exploration at the McKinstrys Mill Road Bridge over Sams Creek.  This will be done on a weather-permitted basis.
