Westminster, MD, Monday, May 4, 2026 – As part of Carroll County’s ongoing effort to maintain existing road structures, Stone Chapel Road Bridge work will begin on or about May 13, 2026, and will extend approximately 7 business days between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm.  There will be a one-lane road and an associated flagging system set up for performing geotechnical exploration at the Bridge.  Work will be completed on a weather-permitted basis.
