Workforce Development to Hold Virtual Maryland Regional Job Fair on November 13th
Westminster, MD, Thursday, November 6, 2025 – < href="https://carrollworks.com/">Carroll County Workforce Development (CCWD) will host the virtual Maryland Regional Job Fair on Thursday, November 13, 2025, through the Premier Virtual platform. This free online hiring event provides job seekers and businesses 24/7 access to connect, network, and explore employment opportunities statewide. The upcoming event builds on the success of CCWD’s October 14th virtual job fair, which drew strong participation and engagement with 495 registered attendees, 393 visitors, and 740 chat conversations, generating more than 3,800 messages between employers and job seekers. Participants submitted 489 resumes in response to 124 job postings, representing more than 1,400 job vacancies across multiple industries.
Designed for accessibility and efficiency, Premier Virtual offers tools that simulate the in-person experience while expanding reach statewide. Employers can host interactive hiring rooms, chat with candidates in real time, and customize their virtual booths with company logos, job listings, and multimedia content. Job seekers can explore openings, submit resumes, and connect directly with business leaders beyond the conclusion of the live portion.
The Maryland Regional Job Fair welcomes businesses and job seekers from all industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, information technology, education, and public service. Participants are encouraged to register early to maximize visibility and engagement.
