The objective of this Plan will follow the goal set forth by the 2014 Carroll County Master Plan, which states, “Provide a safe and functional intra-County transportation system that promotes access and mobility for people and goods through a variety of transportation modes.”

This multimodal transportation plan focuses on the transportation aspect of bicycle and pedestrian movement as well as recreational and tourism opportunities county-wide.

Resilience 2050 will bring together the many jurisdictions and agencies involved in our transportation system, as well as key stakeholders and members of the public, to create a shared vision for transportation in the Baltimore region. The BRTB invites you to get involved in the process to develop this plan.
