Location: Room 105 of the Carroll County Office Building

On May 6, 2026, beginning at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Carroll County Zoning Administration will hold a public hearing in Room 105 of the Carroll County Office building, located at 225 North Center Street, Westminster, MD for the following case:

Case ZA-2257 Administrative Adjustment Request for a reduction of lot size from 10,000sq.ft to 6,885sq.ft and a reduction of a front yard setback from 35’ to 24’9”, a side yard setback from 12’ to 9’5” and a rear yard setback from 40’ to 36’7” to create a new lot at 816 N. Houcksville Rd., Hampstead, Md. 21074, by Peter Uggowitzer, according to the Carroll County Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances, 158.074, 158.075.01, 158.075.03(A) & (B)(1) and 158.130.

The applicant or the applicant’s attorney must attend the hearing to present the case in detail to the Zoning Administrator. Anyone else may attend the hearing or be represented by an attorney.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THIS MATTER, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND THE HEARING.
