On Wednesday, June 1st, 2022 beginning at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Carroll County Zoning Administration will hold a public hearing in Room 003 of the Carroll County Office building, located at 225 North Center Street, Westminster, MD for the following case:

Case ZA-2046- A request for an Administrative Adjustment for a Professional Office of a Physician at 1880 Lakeland Drive, Finksburg, MD 21048 by Lauren McMillion, according to the Carroll County Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances, Chapters 158.071(E)(11) and 158.130.

The applicant or the applicant’s attorney must attend the hearing to present the case in detail to the Zoning Administrator. Anyone else may attend the hearing or be represented by an attorney. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THIS MATTER, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND THE HEARING.
