Zoning Administration Public Hearing - Case ZA-2099: An Administrative Adjustment Request at 3030 Nicodemus Road
Location: Room 003 County Office Building
On June 7, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Carroll County Zoning Administration will hold a public hearing in Room 003 of the Carroll County Office building, located at 225 North Center Street, Westminster, MD for the following case:
ZA-2099 - An Administrative Adjustment Request for the reduction of a right-side yard setback from 20' to 16' for an inground pool at 3030 Nicodemus Road, Westminster, MD 21157 by Matthew Rose, according to the Carroll County Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances, 158.071.02(A)(1), 158.071.03 and 158.130.
The applicant or the applicant’s attorney must attend the hearing to present the case in detail to the Zoning Administrator. Anyone else may attend the hearing or be represented by an attorney.
