Full Moon Yoga and Meditation - Beaver Moon
Location: Bear Branch Nature Center
As the days grow shorter and colder, the Beaver Moon invites us to turn inward and create a sense of safety, comfort, and stability—just as beavers prepare their shelters for the winter ahead. This grounding yoga and meditation practice centers on the theme of building a safe inner space, both physically and emotionally. Through intentional movement, calming breathwork, a guided meditation, and ceremony we’ll cultivate feelings of security, warmth, and self-trust. This practice offers a nurturing pause to reconnect with yourself and prepare for the season of stillness. All levels are welcome. Sessions will be outside, weather permitting.
