Discover the foundations of sourdough baking in this hands-on class designed for beginners and curious home bakers. From understanding and caring for your starter to mixing, fermenting, shaping, and baking a beautiful artisan loaf, you'll learn each essential step from starter to slice. You'll leave with one freshly baked loaf, two loaves ready to bake at home and the confidence to continue baking sourdough successfully in your own kitchen.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
