Membership

Established by the Carroll County Board of Commissioners in April 1997, the Carroll County Circle of Caring Homelessness Board (CoCHB) is a voluntary advisory board composed of engaged citizens and representatives from organizations within Carroll County’s continuum of care. This includes outreach, engagement and assessment, prevention, emergency shelter, rapid re-housing, transitional housing, permanent housing, and supportive services.

The CoCHB includes members representing various subpopulations impacted by homelessness, including individuals who are currently or formerly homeless. Membership also reflects the broad network of organizations and service providers working to assist residents in need throughout Carroll County, Maryland.

Meetings

Regular meetings are held in person (attendance strongly encouraged) at Exploration Commons, with a virtual participation option available.
Schedule: Second Tuesday of every other month, 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

2026: January, March, May, July, September, November.

Community participation in CoCHB meetings is welcome.
