Since Noreen took over as South Carroll Dog Park’s fearless leader, she’s been instrumental in enhancing the park. She spearheaded multiple park fundraisers in 2021 that raised over $10,000. SCDP is a community environment, and Noreen has exemplified this through her creation of more events for our furry friends and their fur-less humans. The park is beyond grateful for her time and dedication to assuring our beloved pets have a space to play.
