AN AGRICULTURAL LAND PRESERVATION EASEMENT

            The Board of County Commissioners of Carroll County, Maryland, announces its intent to purchase an Agricultural Land Preservation Easement over 81.75 acres of land, located at 4150 Fringer Road, Taneytown, Maryland, 21787, from Thomas M. Baran for $169,589.21, which shall be paid pursuant to the terms of a 20-year Installment Purchase Agreement with stated interest. The County Commissioners will decide whether or not to purchase this easement at a public meeting which is to be held no sooner than fifteen days from the date this notice appears.  Any person wishing to comment on the proposed purchase may do so, either orally or in writing, by contacting the County Commissioners Office, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland, 21157, and/or appear at the meeting. DAVIDSON, SARA ANN DAVIDSON, WENDY JO CESCA and ANNE D. KIRBY for $520,636.00, which shall be paid pursuant to the terms of a 20-year Installment Purchase Agreement with stated interest. LINDA J. TAYLOR and DAVID H. SANNER for $335,727.44, which shall be paid pursuant to the terms of a 20-year Installment Purchase Agreement with stated interest. GERSHAN, AMANDA H. FRANKLIN, JONATHAN D. GERSHAN and RACHEL GERSHAN REISSMAN, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ESTATE OF NAOMI L. GERSHAN; JONATHAN D. GERSHAN and RACHEL L. REISSMAN, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ESTATE OF BERNARD S.
