Water and Sewer Amendments
On November 18, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission certified consistency of the 2025 Fall Amendments to the Carroll County Water and Sewer Master Plan. Furthermore, the Commission forwarded all amendments, and the Planning Commission Certifications for the Town of Mount Airy and the City of Taneytown, to the Board of County Commissioners for public hearing.
