Susan W. Krebs, District 5
Commissioner Krebs was nominated by the Carroll County Republican Central Committee, then appointed by Governor Moore.
Commissioner Krebs earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Towson State University. She began her career in public service in 1998 on the Carroll County Board of Education and went on to serve 20 years as a Delegate in the Maryland General Assembly. She is widely respected for her dedication and remains a steadfast advocate for the values that define Carroll County.
Carroll County has been home to Krebs, her husband, and now 3 grown children for over 40 years. She has 7 grandchildren who are her pride and joy. In her spare time, she has been spotted on the Pickleball Courts at the South Carroll Senior Center and out and about supporting various community events.
District 5 covers the southeastern portion of Carroll County. It includes Eldersburg and the town of Sykesville.
