The Sports Complex is the home of numerous adult recreational sports leagues in Carroll County.  The Carroll County Men's Softball League, Carroll County Co-ed Softball League, Carroll County Church Softball League, and both Carroll County Senior Softball teams all play their league games at the Sports Complex.  The Charles Carroll Recreation Council also utilizes our facility for their youth softball and soccer programs.  Other recreation councils run soccer and lacrosse programs at the Sports Complex.  During the winter months, the Sports Complex also oversees the Carroll County Women's, High School, and Carroll County Men's Basketball Leagues at East Middle School in Westminster.

Carroll County Men’s Softball

The Carroll County Men's Softball League plays games at the Sports Complex on Wednesday nights from late April through late July.  A fall division plays from mid-August to mid-November. Carroll County Co-ed Softball Leagues

Carroll County Church Softball League
