Westminster, MD, Tuesday, November 28, 2023 - The Carroll County Board of Commissioners invites the public to attend the outdoor Holiday Lighting Ceremony on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 5pm. The ceremony will take place in front of the Carroll County Government Office Building on the Center Street steps, located at 225 North Center Street in Westminster.

The outdoor ceremony will begin at 5 pm with brief remarks by the Carroll County Commissioners, followed by the official lighting. The event will take place outdoors, regardless of weather. Any cancellation will be announced on the county’s website. 

The Carroll County Board of Commissioners hopes everyone will take time to drive by the setting to enjoy the lights during the month of December and wishes everyone a joyous, safe, and happy holiday season.
