Westminster, MD, Tuesday, October 31^st, 2023 – As part of Carroll County’s ongoing effort to maintain existing structures, on Tuesday, November 14^th, 2023, through Thursday, November 16^th, 2023, between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, weather permitting, the Department of Public Works will be closing Mumma Ford Road at the Monocacy River for a structural inspection. Temporary detour routes will be in place during the closure.
