Westminster, MD, Tuesday, May 16, 2023 – Carroll County Government offices will be closed on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 11:00 am through 2:00 pm to observe Carroll County Employee Appreciation Day.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill and Senior & Community Centers will remain open during this time.
