Westminster, MD, Thursday, May 18, 2023 – Beginning May 22nd through May 25th, Carroll County Bureau of Roads will close Hoffman Mill Road from 9 am – 2:30 pm for a new shoulder installation.  The location of the closure is from Paper Mill Road to 3020 Hoffman Mill.   

Signs will be posted in the area soon to provide advance notice to the citizens.
