Westminster, MD, Tuesday, January 9, 2024 – Carroll County Government offices will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2024, in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. The county will resume business hours on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will be open Monday, January 15th, with normal hours.
