Westminster, MD, Tuesday, April 12, 2022 – The Carroll County Local Management Board (CCLMB), an organization within Carroll County Government that oversees and ensures the implementation of services for children, youth, and families, is releasing a Community Survey today and encourages all those living and working in Carroll County to complete the questionnaire.  Surveys must be completed by April 30, 2022.

This survey focuses on Carroll County’s community services, including mental and behavioral health services, and the provision of those services. Questions regarding therapy, counseling, treatment, assessments, medication management, case management, employment assistance, transportation, and housing are included.  The survey will assess which community services are available and which community services might be needed in Carroll County. 

The survey responses will be incorporated into the CCLMB’s Needs Assessment and strategic planning efforts, specifically targeting community services for children, youth, and families living in the county.  All responses are kept confidential.

The survey is available online through the Survey Monkey platform and will take around 15 minutes to complete.  The URL and a QR code to the survey are listed below.  Those who wish to receive a hard copy should contact Gabby Zelaya at 410-386-3614 to request a survey.
